Successfully defended a family owned company against a Fortune 50 telecommunication provider's Federal Court Suit for $90,000 in alleged contract damages, obtaining favorable pre-trial orders and out of court settlement for 1/6th of the original claim.

Obtained a Zoning Board's reversal of a local Code official's "Cease and Desist " Order threatening to shut down a local businessman's enterprise.

Closed escrow on numerous commercial business loans, as counsel for client borrowers, including corporate due diligence, creation of new business entities, and preparing legal opinion letters for business as diverse as hardwood lumber and concrete products manufacturers, family owned insurance agency, authentic Irish Pub and Restaurant, livestock agri-business clients.

Counseled land development clients through the maze of State and local land use and environmental permits including zoning , land subdivision, Stormwater and Uniform Construction Code.

Incorporated a Community Housing Development Organization pursuant to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development guidelines to enable an existing Not for Profit Corporation to sponsor and develop local housing units for targeted groups and individuals.

Served as local bond counsel for two multi-million dollar municipal bond issues enabling new road construction and financing of open space initiatives.
